Preparation: 1. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, combine potatoes, contents of sauce pouch, 2 t butter, and 1 3/4 c boiling water. 2. Add 3/4 c milk and stir to combine. 3. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees F for 25 mins. 4. Sprinkle bacon on top of potatoes. Let stand 5 mins, then serve.
