Buy... 1 cup apple juice. 2 Tbsp butter. Up to 24 lb turkey. Prepare... In a saucepan, combine apple juice, butter and seasoning. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium high. Stirring often, allow sauce to thicken and reduce to about 1/2 cup. Cook turkey according to manufacturer instructions. In the last 30 minutes of roasting time, brush glaze over entire turkey. Place back into oven and cook to desired doneness. Do not broil!
