Keep frozen. From frozen: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Remove Mac Pac's film cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes, stirring, after 13 minutes. Microwave: Slit film twice and cook 2-3 minutes on high. Safe handling: thoroughly cook product to an internal temp of 165 degrees as measured by a thermometer.
