Directions adults and children 12 years and over: two caplets (50 mg) at bedtime if needed, or as directed by a doctor. Other information: Each caplet contains: calcium 70mg. Store at room temperature Avoid excessive heat (greater than 100 degrees F) or humidity.

Inactive Ingredients Carnauba Wax, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Silicon Dioxide, Starch.
