To Fill Grinder While holding the stainless steel section (next to the clear section of the grinder), unscrew and then remove the holder for the grinder mechanism. Pour coarse sea salt or peppercorns into the mill. Replace the mechanism holder. To Adjust Grind For a coarse grind, turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise. For a fine grind, turn the adjustment knob clockwise. Care instructions wipe with dampened cloth or paper towel. Dry thoroughly. Do not immerse in water.
