Cooking Directions: important! Always Prepare Meat From A Thawed State: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 160 degrees F, approximately 45 minutes. Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat (350 degrees F). Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of the grill. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F, turning occasionally, Let pork rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Ovens and grills will vary.
