Directions

Microwave: 1. Remove 1 single serve pack from package. Do not puncture or open. Place in center of microwave, directions facing up. 2. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes until hot. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Lift from corners of packets, open carefully. Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Stovetop: 1. Pour 1 packet frozen vegetables and 1/4 cup of water into a small saucepan. 2. Heat to boiling, stir, cover, reduce heat, drain. 3. Season to taste, serve. Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze.
