Swanson® Stock can be used to enhance the rich and meaty flavors of your favorite beef dishes. Shake carton before using. Do not dilute. Recommend use by date on carton. Do not microwave in carton. Promptly refrigerate unused stock and use within 14 days after opening. Refrigeration at less than 40 degrees F. is recommended. Product may gel when refrigerated. Gel will dissolve when heated. Tips: After meat is sauteed make a pan sauce with Swanson® beef stock and flavorful ingredients like red wine and mushrooms or onions and dark ale. Use Swanson® beef stock as a basting liquid to add flavor, color and moisture to roasted meats.
