Preparation: 1. In 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, combine potatoes, contents of sauce pouch, 1 1/2 t butter, and 1 3/4 c boiling water. 2. Add 3/4 c milk and stir to combine. 3. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees F for 20 min. Sprinkle parmesan cheese topping on top of potatoes and bake another 5 min. 4. Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
