To create Caesar Cardini's famous salad just break lettuce into 2" lengths. Add Cardini's® light Caesar dressing. Squeeze lemon over salad to bring out flavors. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Toss. Add croutons. Toss lightly and serve immediately. Be sure to try all the other great tasting Cardini's salad dressings and croutons.
