Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. Preparation instructions: For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all ovens. Use caution as product will be hot. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove frozen quiche from packaging. Place frozen quiche on a baking sheet on middle rack in oven. Bake for 24 mins. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave oven (for softer pastry). The following cook preparation was developed using a 1000 watt microwave oven set on high. Remove frozen quiche from plastic wrapping. Leave quiche in cardboard tray. Place tray in microwave. Cook on high power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
