Keep frozen. Heating instructions: For best results, heat from frozen. Microwave: *Using fork, puncture 3 small holes in overwrap. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for 1 additional minute or until hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Conventional oven: *Remove and discard overwrap. Place meal on foil or cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
