For adults, mix one (1) to two (2) scoops with 10-12 fluid ounces of water and consume prior to your workout. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Take this product with an adequate daily fluid intake for hydration. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
