Microwave oven: cook only one at a time. 1) Open carton; do not remove torta. 2) Microwave on high. 1100-watt oven-5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes. Do not cook in microwave ovens below 1100 watts as food may not cook thoroughly. Conventional oven preparation is recommended. 3) Let stand 5 minutes in microwave to complete cooking. 4) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Crust is golden brown and steam rises from filling. Handle carefully! Let cool and enjoy. Our tortas are filled with a delicious blend of cheese and marinara sauce that will be hot and may bubble over. Conventional oven: do not prepare in toaster oven. 1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove torta from outer carton; leave torts in paper tray. 2) Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 50 to 55 minutes. 3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Crust is golden brown and steam rises from filling. Handle carefully, it's hot! Let cool and enjoy. Temperatures above 375 degrees F and/or failure to use a baking sheet may cause damage to the container, food and/or oven.
