Directions

Boiling Seafood: 1 Fill a large pot with 3 quarts water, 5 oz. (3/4 cup) Seafood Boil Powder, and Boil-In-Bag Seafood Boil. Bring to a rolling boil. 2 Add seafood. If seafood i not covered, add enough water to cover. Return to a rolling boil using the boil times indicated below. Boiling Guide* Seafood Type: Crawfish; Package Boils: 4 lbs; Boil Time: 4 mins; Soak Time: 20-35 mins. Seafood Type: Shrimp; Package Boils: 4 lbs; Boil Time: Turn off heat as soon as water returns to a rolling boil; Soak Time: 10-15 mins. Seafood Type: Crab; Package Boils: 1 dozen; Boil Time: 5 mins; Soak Time: 20-35 mins. 3 Turn fire off, add ice or frozen corn to cool water down, and let seafood soak as indicated. The longer it soaks, the spicier it will be! One bag seasons 4 lbs of crawfish or shrimp, or 1 dozen crabs. * Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
