Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Microwaveable. Heating instructions: Oven instructions: Crisp pretzel: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Thaw to room temperature. Place pretzel frank(s) on a sheet pan. Cook 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature is a minimum 165 degrees F (73 degrees C). Microwave instructions: Soft pretzel: Place 1 to 3 pretzel franks on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for 90 seconds per pretzel frank. Internal temperature must reach a minimum 165 degrees F (73 degrees C). See heating instructions on side panel - keep frozen until ready to use.
