Directions

Directions: 1. Fill a large stock pot with just enough water to cover your seafood. Add 1 jar of original stovetop boil for every 2 lbs. of seafood. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Add seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated below. 3. Stop cooking process by turning off burner and adding rice. Let seafood soak 15 - 20 minutes. Boil to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Shrimp: Boil 2-3 minutes. Crabs: Boil 10-15 minutes. Lobster Tails: Boil 3-4 minutes.
