Directions

Cooking instructions: 1 combine chicken batter mix (40g) and 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water in a large bowl. Dip chicken into batter. 2.Firmly press chicken in remaining dry chicken batter mix until completely coated. 3. Deep fry or shallow fry chicken at 180 degrees C until golden brown and internal temperature is 75 degrees C. Enjoy! 2.4 kg of chicken batter mix coats approximately 13-15 kg of chicken. Store in a cool, dry place.
