1. Prep: 1 Fill a crawfish pot with 2-1/2 gallons of water. Add Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Boil: Add seafood. If seafood is not ! covered, add enough water to cover. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated in chart below. Boiling guide (Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F) Seafood Type: Crawfish; Package Boils: 10 lbs; Boil Time: 4 mins; Soak Time: 15-30 mins. Seafood Type: Shrimp; package boils; 13 lbs; Boil Time: Turn off heat as soon as water returns to a rolling boil; Sock time: 5-10 mins. Sea food type Crab; Package boils: 2 dozen: Boil time: 5 mins; Soak time; 15-30 mins. 3. Soak: Turn fire off, add ice or frozen corn to cool water down, and let seafood soak as indicated. The longer it soaks, the spicier it will be!
