Recommended daily feeding amounts. Recommended daily feeding amounts for puppies with normal activity using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 96 g of Purina One. Puppy feeding instructions start puppies on moistened Purina One as early as they will nibble at solid foods, generally 3-4 weeks of age.
