Directions

Keep frozen. Thawing instructions: place whiting fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking or for "quick thaw" remove fillets from bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking. Grilling instructions: place thawed whiting fillets in a seafood basket and cook at medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning at least once. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Baking instructions: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook thawed whiting fillets for 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Microwave instructions: place thawed whiting fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Let stand for one minute before serving.
