Directions

You will need: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lb). 2 cups potatoes cut in 1/2 to 1" pieces. 1 pkg (14oz) frozen whole green beans or your favorite frozen vegetables. Bakes in 40 min. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 1. Place chicken into a 13x9x2" baking dish. Arrange potatoes around chicken. Top potatoes with green beans. Spread sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables. 2. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Let stand 5 minutes. 3. Stir sauce and vegetables before serving. Promptly refrigerate after opening. Do not purchase if open. Do not microwave.
