You'll need: 1 pkg. McCormick skillet sauce. 2 tbsp. olive oil. 1 lb. thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts. 2 cups sliced mushrooms. 1 each bell pepper and onion, cut into strips. Prep time: 10 min. Cook time: 15 min. Directions: Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Remove from skillet. Stir vegetables into skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with cooked pasta, if desired. Makes 4 servings. To prepare in slow cooker: Place 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, 1 bell pepper, cut into strips, and 1 onion, cut into wedges, in 4-quart slow cooker. Pour sauce over top. Cover. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
