Place unopened bag, directions side up, in the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes.* This bag will begin to inflate during the cooking process, special vents will allow the steam to escape. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corner while taking out of the microwave. Open carefully to allow steam to escape and place contents into serving dish; drain if needed. Season to taste. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust time if necessary. Stir fry method: Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a skillet. Preheat skillet to medium high. Carefully pour frozen vegetables into the skillet. Stir regularly until the desired tenderness is reached. Serve immediately. Keep frozen.
