Skillet mushroom stroganoff: You need: 1 lb cooked seasoned frozen beef strips, thawed. 1 pouch Progresso® Recipe Starters® creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce. 1/2 cup sour cream. Hot cooked egg noodles. Directions: Brown beef strips in 1 tbsp oil in nonstick skillet; cook 1-2 minutes. Stir in cooking sauce and sour cream. Simmer 8 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
