With lid closed, preheat lightly oiled grill on medium heat to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen turkey burgers on grill, close lid. 3. Cook about 9-10 minutes (without turning), or until juices collect on top surface of the burgers. 4. Flip burgers and cook another 9-10 minutes with lid closed until the internal temperature throughout the burger is 165 degrees F, as measured with a meat thermometer. Total cook time: 18-20 minutes depending on the temperature of the grill. Skillet: 1. Preheat lightly oiled skillet on medium heat to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen burgers in pan and cook (without turning) until juices collect on top of the burgers. About 9-10 minutes. 3. Flip and cook an additional 6-7 minutes until burgers reach 165 degrees F throughout, as measured by a meat thermometer. Total cook time: 15-17 minutes. Food safety is important. Cook turkey burgers to a minimum of 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer.
