Nighttime multi-symptom cold ages 6-11: Use only enclosed dosing cup designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing sing device. Take every 4 hours; not to exceed 6 doses in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. ml=milliliters. tsp=teaspoon. Age (yrs): Children 6 to under 12 years of age - Dose (ml or tsp): 10 ml or 2 tsp. Age (yrs): Children 4 to under 6 years of age - Dose (ml or tsp): do not use unless directed by a doctor. Age (yrs): Children under 4 years of age - Dose (ml or tsp): do not use. Nighttime multi-symptom cold: Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame Potassium, Anhydrous Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, Maltitol Solution, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate. Daytime Multi-Symptom Cold, Ages 4-11 Active Ingredients (in each 5 ml, 1 teaspoon) - Purpose. Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg - Cough Suppressant. Phenylephrine HCl 2.5 mg - Nasal Decongestant. Inactive Ingredients: Acesulfame Potassium, Alcohol, Benzoic Acid, Citric Acid, Edetate Disodium, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavors, Maltitol Solution, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Citrate. Nighttime Multi-Symptom Cold, Ages 6-11: Active Ingredient (in each 5 ml, 1 teaspoon) -Purpose. Antihistamine/Diphenhydramine HCl, USP 6.25 mg - Cough Suppressant. Warnings

Daytime multi-symptom cold, ages 4-11:
Do not use. In a child under 4 years of age. In a child who is taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your child's prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before giving this product.
Ask a doctor before use if the child has.
Heart disease.
High blood pressure. Thyroid disease.
Diabetes.
A persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma.
A cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus).
When using this product do not exceed recommended dose.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
Nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occurs.
Symptoms do not improve within 7 days or occur with a fever.
Cough gets worse or lasts for more than 7 days.
Cough tends to come back or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts.
These could be signs of a serious condition.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.
Do not give both products at the same time or give more than 6 doses in total in any 24 hour period.
Nighttime multi-symptom cold ages 6-11:
Do not use:

To make a child sleepy.

Ask a doctor before use if the child has:

Glaucoma.

Cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus).
A breathing problem such as chronic bronchitis. Cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with asthma.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child is taking sedatives or tranquilizers.
When using this product:
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
May cause marked drowsiness.
Sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness.
Excitability may occur, especially in children.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
Nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occurs.
Symptoms do not improve with in 7 days or occur with a fever.
Cough lasts for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with a fever, rash or headache that lasts. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.
Tamper-evident: do not use if printed safety seals on bottles are broken or missing.
Do not give the first dose of nighttime multi-symptom cold sooner than 4 hours after the last dose of daytime multi-symptom cold unless directed by a doctor.
