Directions

Keep frozen. Heating instructions. Deep fryer: Pre-heat enough oil at 300 degrees F (149 degrees C) to cover the plantain slices. Fry for 4-5 minutes, turning the pieces several times. Remove from oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. Conventional oven: Place slices in a single layer and bake at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes. Convection oven: Place slices in a single layer and bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes. Microwave: Place desired amount in microwave safe container, at high setting, for 3 minutes or until slices are hot. Larger portions will require more time, please note that heating capacities vary between ovens.
