Cooking instructions: Note: use 1 1/4 cups of water for the first cup of couscous, 1 additional cup of water to each additional cup of couscous. Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the couscous to the pot, cover pot, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Store in a dry and cool place.
