Directions

Keep frozen. Thawing instructions: place tilapia fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking or for "quick thaw" remove fillets from bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Grilling instructions: place thawed tilapia fillets in a seafood basket and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning at least once. Fish should flake with fork when done. Broiling instructions: place thawed tilapia fillets on an unheated, greased broiler pan. Place broiler pan approximately 4 inches from the broiler and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. Fish should flake with fork when done. Baking instructions: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook thawed tilapia fillets for 8 to 10 minutes turning once Fish should flake with fork when done. Microwave instructions: place thawed tilapia fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Fish should flake with fork when done. Let stand for one minute before serving.
