Fully cooked. Keep frozen. Always follow heating instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave heating instructions: Due to variances in microwave ovens, heating times may vary. Prepare from frozen: 1. Remove sandwich from carton. Do not remove from pouch! Place sandwich in pouch, flat side (white side) down near edge of microwave turntable. 2. Microwave on high as follows: If you don't know the wattage of your microwave start with 1100 watts and add time if needed. Wattage of microwave - 1100 watts - 700 watts. Heat time - 75-85 seconds - 1 minute 50 seconds - 2 minutes. 3. Let stand 1 minute, before serving. Caution: product will be hot.
