Cooking instructions: On the stove: 1. In a quart pan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. 2. Stir in 1 cup of super lucky elephant jasmine rice. 3. Cover tightly and simmer at medium heat for 18-20 minutes. 4. Remove from the heat, but keep covered for 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve. In the microwave: 1. Combine 1 cup super lucky elephant jasmine rice with 1 1/2 cups of water in a microwaveable bowl. 2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at high power for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from microwave and let stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve. For softer rice, put more water and simmer for a longer time. For firmer rice, put less water and simmer for a shorter time.
