Directions
1. Mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. 2. Add contents of 1 bag matzo ball mix and mix. 3. Let stand for 7 minutes. 4. Use wet hands to form 16 balls. 5. Drop formed balls into boiling soup, cook over medium flame, and covered pot for 20 minutes. Yields 16 balls per bag. Soup mix directions: 1. Bring 2.5 quarts of water to a boil in a medium pot. 2. Add contents of 1 bag soup mix to boiling water. 3. Add matzo balls as described. Store in a dry place.
