Directions
(use standard measuring cup). Beat 2 eggs well in bowl. Mix in 2 cups cold water. Add contents of bag and stir until batter is well mixed. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Fry on hot well greased griddle until crisp and brown on both sides use pancakes as a welcome substitute for any form of potatoes. Serve with apple sauce or sour cream, or with sandwiches, meats or fish. For thin "flapjack" style add aditional 1/2 cup cold water when mixing. Serve with syrup, meat etc.
