Directions

Kitten feeding guidelines: Kitten's age - amount daily. 3 to 6 weeks - 1/3-1/2 cup*. 7 weeks to 6 months - 1/2-3/4 cup*. 7 months to 1 year - 2/3 -1 cup**. Adult (over 1 year) - amount daily. 5-9 lbs - 1/2-3/4 cup. 9-10 lbs - 3/4-1 cup. 10-14 lbs - 1-1 1/3 cup. *3 - 4 times per day. **2 times per day. Using a standard 8 oz. measuring cup. Kitten feeding instructions: kittens generally nibble solid foods at three to four weeks of age. Keep moistened Meow Mix® Kitten Li'l Nibbles® cat food available to these kittens at all times. After weaning at six to eight weeks of age, kittens will normally eat dry or moistened food at will. If water is added, use no more than one part warm (not hot) liquid to three parts Meow Mix® Kitten Li'l Nibbles® cat food, changing frequently to ensure freshness. When introducing Meow Mix® cat food, gradually mix it with your cat's current food over the course of 7-10 days. Pregnant or nursing cats: feed 2-4 times the adult requirement. Water: always provide your cat with a fresh bowl of water. Veterinary care: Meow Mix® cat food is a healthy, nutritious diet for cats. Good diet, exercise, and regular veterinary care are the best ways to keep your cat healthy. If your cat has not had a veterinary visit in the past 12 months, please make an appointment today.
