Freezer or oven. Cook-in-bag. Convenient handling, and reduced cooking time. Juicier than ever! Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: For best results, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove TurDucHen Roll from box. Do not remove from bag. Place skin side up in baking pan and cut 1 inch slit in the top of cooking bag. If thawed: bake 1 hour and 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 to 170 degrees F. If frozen: bake 2 hour and 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 to 170 degrees F. To serve: remove TurDucHen roll from bag. Caution: fluids will be hot. Cut netting from TurDucHen roll and carve. Serving suggestion: baste carved TurDucHen roll with drippings.
