Preparation Instructions: For best results, cook from frozen. Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil (lightly crumple for extra crispiness). Bake for 18-22 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork, turning 1 time during baking. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. (For convection oven, reduce cooking time by approximately 2 minutes). Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F. Place 2-4 pieces in air fryer. Fry for 9-11 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 145 degrees F. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Keep Frozen. For food safety, cook seafood an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, as measured with a food thermometer.
