Disposal: recycle empty container, or discard in trash. Laundry use guide: Add to every load: Top loader: fill washer with hottest water temperature recommended by garment label instructions. Fill to line 1 for regular loads, or more for large or heavily soiled loads. Add detergent and Clorox 2® Oxi Max™ stain and odor remover before loading clothes. HE washer: add detergent to dispenser. Add Clorox 2® Oxi Max™ directly into the washer drum before adding laundry. Pre-treat: soak up excess liquid or residue from stain. Fill to line 1 per cup of water, and mix. Apply solution to stain and rub in gently. Allow solution to stand 1-5 min. Rinse with clean water and blot dry. Pre-soak: fill to line 2 for typical stains or line 4 for tough stains. Mix Clorox 2® Oxi Max™ with 1 gallon water (warmest water temperature recommended by garment label instructions). Dissolve Clorox 2® Oxi Max™ and detergent in the wash water. Presoak bright and dark colors for 30 min. Presoak all other garments for 1-6 hours. Depending upon severity of stain, some stains may require more time to soak. For best results, soak for 6 hours. Wash as normal. Household use guide: General stain removal & hard surfaces: fill to line 4 per gallon of water, and mix. For some surfaces like tile and grout, a more concentrated solution may be required. Apply solution to surface and allow to sit for 5-30 min. Scrub with sponge to penetrate tough stains. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. Soft surfaces like carpet & upholstery: Soak up excess liquid or residue from stain. Fill to line 1 per cup of water, and mix. Apply solution to stain and rub in gently. Allow solution to stand 1-5 min. Repeat application until stain is not visible. Rinse with clean water and blot dry. General use directions: Always dilute in warmest water temperature recommended by surface or fabric label directions and in accordance with product label directions. Do not mix product with chlorine bleach or other household cleaners. Do not use product with boiling water. If in doubt about colorfastness, apply solution to a hidden area of surface first. Rinse and let dry. Check results for fading or bleeding. Reseal product container lid after each use. Do not use on wool, silk, leather or any fabric or surface that may be damaged by water. Do not leave dissolved solution in a sealed container. Clorox 2® Oxi Max™ stain and odor remover, when activated with water and stored, may lose its efficacy over time and may cause container to leak or rupture. If this happens, cover container with a towel. Slightly open container to ventilate solution. Open fully only when all pressure has been released. For best results, check with carpet manufacturer for compatibility on carpets treated with stain repellants.
