Directions

Cook & serve. Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange frozen mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in center of upper oven rack. Bake heat at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes, turning sticks after first 3 1/2 minutes. (Preferred method). Deep fryer: Deep fry at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Let stand one minute before serving. Microwave: Arrange mozzarella sticks in a spoke-like pattern on a microwavable plate. Place in microwave oven. Turn halfway through heating. Let stand one minute before serving. 4 - 9 sticks - 35 - 55 seconds on high. 10 or more sticks - 1 minute on high. Let Macabee Mozzarella Sticks cool slightly before eating. Due to differences in appliances, heating times may vary.
