Select strip that fits nail. 2. Apply near, not on cuticle & smooth away from center. 3. Fold down over edge & gently file excess from side-to-side with nail file underneath edge of nail. *Dual-sided file included: Use white side to file flat strips; use black side to file jeweled strips. For French: 1. Select French tip strip that fits nail. 2. Position strip on the edge of nail and smooth. Adjust the strip for either a thin or thick French manicure. 3. Fold down over edge & gently file excess from side-to-side with nail file underneath edge of nail. 4. To seal French tip strip apply top coat. Removal: gently peel off strip from the side. Wear beyond 7 days is not recommended.
