Stove top instructions: In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 4 cups (32 oz.) of water to a boil. Add 4 Tbsp. of Olive Oil or margarine (optional), then one package of Vigo Yellow Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
