Cascadian Farm Organic Broccoli Cuts

Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Stove top: empty frozen vegetables into 2-quart saucepan. Add about 1/2 cup water per 2/3 cup serving. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain; place in serving dish. Season to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: empty frozen vegetables into 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole or bowl. Add about 1 tablespoon water per 2/3 cup serving. Cover; microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, until tender. Caution: dish will be hot; be careful avoid steam. Uncover carefully; drain. Season to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Important: because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F.
