Directions

Cooking Instructions: 1. Measure desired amount of couscous into a bowl, and add an equal amount of lightly salted boiling water (you may substitute boiling chicken on vegetable stock). 2. Cover and let the couscous sit for 7-8 minutes without mixing, then fluff with a fork. 3. Add a small amount of butter or Roland Olive Oil into the couscous and mix well. Blend in fresh lemon juice for added flavor. Simply add hot water, fluff & serve. Serving Suggestions: Serve as a vegetarian dish with cooked vegetables. Use as an attractive substitute for pasta, rice or potatoes. Create an exotic dish with chicken, chopped tomatoes and dill. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add a small amount of Roland saffron to the boiling liquid before pouring over couscous. Add fresh chopped vegetables and sauteed scallops for a wonderful seafood dish. Store in a cool & dry place.
