Cooking Instructions: Soak noodles in cold water for about 30 min., drain and discard water. Place softened noodles in boiling water and cook for about 5 min. and drain. Serve in soup or sprinkle on a few drops of vegetable oil to keep noodles from sticking together for stir-frying. Served hot or cold. Store in a cool and dry place.
