Cooking Instructions: (Yield: Approx. 15 Falafels): In a large bowl combine 1 cup Roland falafel mix with 1 cup water. Stir to fully incorporate. Set aside and let rest for 40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat enough vegetable oil to fill high-sided skillet 3/4-inch deep or to fill deep fryer, to 340 degrees F. Portion 1 tbsp. of falafel mix and roll into balls. In batches, fry falafel balls in oil for 3-4 minutes, flipping the falafel balls half-way through cook time until golden-brown. Using a slotted spoon or tongs, remove falafel balls and drain on paper towel lined plate. Sprinkle with sale, as desired, and serve. To reheat falafel balls, place in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Store in a cool and dry place.
