To store: Artichoke bottoms stay fresh up to 24 hours when stored in a cool/dry place or up to expiry date when stored at -0.4 degrees F (-18 degrees C). Cooking directions: Place Galil artichoke bottoms with 1 inch of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt for each quart of water. Cover the pot and boil for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until fork tender.
