Directions

Stage 1: 10 lb - Base. 3 lb. Liquid whole egg. 50 lb - Base. 15 lb. Liquid whole egg. Mix 1 minute on low speed. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed. Stage 2: 3 lb - Vegetable oil - 2 lb 12oz. 15 lb - Vegetable oil - 13 lb 12oz. Mix 1 minute on low speed: scrape bowl. Mix 3 minutes on low speed. 70 degrees - 73 degrees F batter temperature. 345 degrees - 365 degrees F bake temperature. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual shop conditions. Store in a cool, dry place. Note: This product is "0 grams trans fat" as packaged.
