Big Gather Beer Marinated Chicken: Ingredients: 1 can or bottle (12 oz.) beer; 1 packet 6666 Big Gather Beer Marinade Mix; 2 lbs. chicken (boneless breasts or thighs or tenders). Instructions: 1. Combine beer and 6666 Big Gather Beer Marinade Mix in a gallon size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and mix well. 2. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. 3. Grill chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
