Do not use the Power Walker as a tie out device.
Do not use the Power Walker if lead becomes frayed, damaged or chewed.

Be sure the lead does not get wrapped around the dog's neck or other body parts, as this may cause injury to the dog.
Be sure the dog does not accidentally wrap the lead around you or anyone else. Sudden movement by your dog could cause injury.
When walking the dog, keep the Power Walker down and away from your body and head. If the Power Walker breaks away from the dog's collar, apply the lock and turn your face. These measures will help to avoid injury from the snap, as the lead may quickly retract.
