Cooking instructions - conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (Glass baking dish use 325 degrees F). Generously grease pan and dust with flour or line bottom with unwaxed paper. 2. Empty contents of package into small mixing bowl. 3. Add 1 egg white and 2/3 cup water; Mix at low speed to blend. Beat at medium speed until batter is thick and smooth - about 4 minutes. Scrape bowl often. Baking times: At 350 degrees F - 8" round pan 25-30 min. 9" round pan 20-25 min. - 8" square pan 15-20 min. 12 medium cupcakes (Fill 1/2 full) 15-20 min. Cake is done if it springs back when lightly touched with finger, or when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Before removing from pan, allow cake to cool 10-15 minutes. Cool thoroughly before frosting.
